Privacy policy

When you place an order, reserve a limited drop, or submit a return/exchange request, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and the items you selected. We don't collect payment information — checkout is Cash on Delivery, so no card or bank details ever pass through our systems.

Your information is used to confirm and fulfill your order over WhatsApp, coordinate delivery, process returns or exchanges, and gauge demand for reservation-phase drops. We don't sell your information. We share it only with our delivery partners, to get your order to you, and in hashed form with Meta and TikTok to measure our ads, as explained under Cookies & Local Storage below.

Every order, reservation, and return request is confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp using the phone number you provide. By submitting an order or request, you agree to be contacted on that number for purposes related to it.

Your shopping bag is stored in your browser (not on our servers) so it stays between visits. After an order, the delivery details you entered are also kept in your browser so they're filled in next time — you can clear them from the checkout form. When you arrive from one of our ads or tagged links, a cookie remembers which campaign brought you for 30 days, so we can tell which ads work — it holds only the campaign details, nothing about you. We use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure site traffic and ad performance, and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site (taps, scrolling, where people get stuck) so we can fix what's confusing — anything typed into forms is hidden from Clarity. When you place an order or a reservation, we also send Meta a hashed (scrambled, one-way) version of your phone number and name through its Conversions API, and TikTok a hashed version of your phone number through its pixel, so they can match the purchase to an ad you saw. None of these run on our admin dashboard.

Your data is stored with Supabase, a SaaS database provider with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to customer, order, and return data is restricted to authorized SWEVEN administrators.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp with the order number or phone number used at checkout.

We may update this policy as SWEVEN grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
