Returns & exchanges

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to return it — no reason needed. It's your right under Moroccan Law 31-08 on consumer protection.

Try pieces on like you would in a store, but they must come back unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, odor, or alteration may be declined at inspection.

Your choice: a full refund within 15 days of your request, sent by bank transfer (you paid cash on delivery, so we'll ask for your RIB), a size or color exchange subject to availability, or store credit toward a future drop.

If a piece arrives defective or damaged, send us photos over WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Pieces from sold-out or archived chapters can't be exchanged, since they're never reproduced — but you can still return them for a full refund within 7 days.

Submit the form below within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the phone number used at checkout. We review every request and follow up over WhatsApp to arrange the return and confirm your refund, exchange or store credit.
